Just won this on EBay, anyone familiar with this?

I saw this when I did a search for "anvil tool" at Ebay. It looked so handy I thought 9.99 was worth it. It looks to me like I may be able to attach it to my anvil through my hardy hole. Anyone out there ever seen a little vice like this? If so, is it designed to attach to the anvil or just on a bench? Either way, you can't have too many vises!

Looks like an older clamp style bench vise. I don't see anything that would attach to an anvil. I do see a small anvil on the vise itself. I agree with you that you can never have too many vises (Tools?). I lost out on a couple of small older hand vises the past couple of weeks. Maybe next time. Enjoy your purchase!
 
I have a couple kind of like this,They are made to be portable and used were ever needed so you don't have to keep going back and forth to a permanent vice set up somewhere.I am not to sure why you would want to mount it on your anvil but close by it wouldn't hurt..
What size is it? The ones like this I have are really small and wouldn't work around the anvil much anyway.They are handy though..

I think it's a pretty small little vise. I'll set it up on my workbench somewhere, I'm sure it will get plenty of use no matter where I put it!
