I've noticed that a lot of the people on this site are little...not old but...married and or are quite mature.
I have just as much of a knife passion as the rest of you guys and gals but ive been wondering if i should be here because im only 15..........

Kershaw Lover, you are more than welcome here. Us old f**ts need an occasional breath of fresh air.

Seems like you just picked up the knife bug earlier than most of us old farts. I have a grandson that's 15, a skateboard dude, but also has a passion for all things sharp. It's a great hobby and you may even learn some life lessons from some of us mature types, so stay with us and enjoy the fellowship of like minded knife nuts.

There are plenty of teens around here and plenty of old fogeys too. It's an addiction hobby that can last a lifetime. Look at the bright side -- if you were addicted to, say, heroin, you might not live to be an old fogey....

Your age doesn't matter, just your attitude! We just "don't suffer fools lightly". We welcome you, and hope you learn & contribute. That's what helps us all enjoy the hobby. Read the posts, get the "lay of the land", learn what "mall ninja's" are, (and avoid their behavior), and you'll be fine. Welcome aboard....................(one of those "mature folks" you spoke of)

Welcome to the Blade Forums from one of the old guys, but not as old as Cougar, yet.:D

Stick around, share, enjoy and learn.

This is a Great place to be if you have the Knife Bug.

Spark and the Mods are a good help too, if you have questions about the Forum.

Welcome Aboard.:)

Baby boomers never get old, like wine we just keep on getting better with age.

This place, like any community, will give back what you put into it. I've spent about a third of my life as a member of this place. I've seen folks younger than you contibute greatly, while others twice my age act like children. If your attitude is right, and you are truly here for the knowledge and friendship, you should fit right in, regardless of age.

Thanks to all, young and old, who have made this place what it is today.

Daniel

Old? Maybe. Mature? No way. Wife says I'll never grow up. Hav'n more fun now than 30 years ago. Later, Bob

Go piss around the round tower's corner.

I am not old, I just have the Wisdom of the Ages.

TLM

These youngters just don't understand...

Gosh, I can (almost) remember back when I was 15, and thinking that a guy at 53 years old (as I am now) was OLD...(Back then, anyone over 30 was "over the hill".). Now I know that even at 15, I was right.:D.:D.
