NO, I didn't spell it wrong, because it's JUST FICTION. ROFL....... :D
But really... how could they?
I guess they just don't know the POWER OF INFI!

I do indeed love my Busse Blades...each and every one of them....I must however admit to straying from time to time... :D :D Certainly for folders (even once the Busse folder comes out next month I doubt we here in Aus will be able to get one due to the silly Customs Regulations) and for fixed blades tiem to time.... I am just waiting on a sweet little Elmax fixed blade from a new maker, bought it for a few very very good reasons....one his knives look great, just the style I like in my bush blades, it is GREAT to be there at the start of something special, I think the maker will go a long way and three....well a little variety is good.... :D :D

Many years ago I was going to move to Australia. Then I saw the knife/gun laws. Can't live like that. The knife laws actually stopped me from moving. Talk about a knife nut. :)

I love many brands and manufacturers. I love supporting our local Bladeforums makers.

I love other styles (tantos and Busse doesn't do a lot of those) other steels. Other ideas.

fehrman, David Wesner. Our Bill Siegle ......looking forward to a custom piece by Big Chris.
And like others said....Folders I know The Swamp had its Rat Trap. But it wasn't my style

I love my cheapie Cold Steel Folders ( for that matter, I Really like the profile of the Trailmaster) my Spyderco Southard. Severtech. up to the Burchtree Chop Suey, Carillo Tripwire, Sebenza ( still hoping to get a Lochsa one day and Im on the list for a GTC .50 and Sibert Monster Rocket for 5 years)

Variety

Fehrman,Gossman,Esee--their all sweet!
I did sell my Lakota & Cold Steel SRK Carbon V & a couple Esee's to help finance some Busse Choppa's!

Folders, plus some other companies put out cool designs and sometimes you buy knives because the makers are cool and are great to talk to

Randalls - I love the blade shape and the history behind it.

Folders - RHK and CRK for the build and quality but we seriously need some INFI folders!

RW Loveless Battle Knife - this is my dream knife but I cannot really afford it. It is a work of art.

Microtech curahee Crosshair in S35VN.

10" OAL 5" DE blade 1.7" WIDE x0.2" thick. it is sharp.

l would
Love a short wide v grind dagger in INFI better tho'

;) just sayin....

Variety is the spice of knife, err life...just sayin'. ;)

Although the main bulk of my fixed blade collection is definitely Busse & 'Kin, I do have many other fixed blades from other custom knife makers like David Mosier, Bob Dozier, Sal Manaro, Shane Sibert, Rick Hinderer, Ken Onion, Greg Lightfoot, Dan Koster, the Graham Brothers (now just Jon Graham, I believe), Murray Carter, Neil Blackwood, Michael Vagnino, Todd Begg, Bill Seigle, Micky Yurco, and even a few from other production companies like Spartan Knives, and Wilson Knives...there might even be a ESEE Izula floating around here somewhere too. :)

Anyone who collects just one brand or one maker is missing out an awful lot.

I collect customs first and foremost and a number of other production/factory brands in different genre's.
For example I collect all bright bladed non serrated Spyderco Military's and Manix's, all composite Kershaw/ZT's and several others theme's
.
As Jaxx says variety is the spice of knife life! (All that said my FFBM is with me ALWAYS in my car as my go to emergency blade and I carry a SR Warden on my person at all times:foot:)

Every time I see a knife that is 100 or up I always think I can wait and spend a lttle more and get a busse or kin. And once I learned about knife steels some other knives aren't worth the high dollar, unless you like paying for a name. For example Randall.... 5 year wait, 400 plus dollars for 440B steel. To each his own.

I have knife ADHD...

Im all over the place. but I do tend to prefer bussekins.

The knife makers here on BF make some amazing blades too... I dont know how I could stick to just one company or maker.

Im waiting on on of these now. Its .200 S35vn. Im excited :D

Busse steel is incredible. I love the feel of a good FSH with hand smoothed tiger hide, the SJTAC, ASH1.. Heck I could keep on going, but there are other designs out there. when I was wanting my first FSH and couldn't find one, I went with a Fehrman First strike. There is no more beautiful blade design than the Mercworx chili sniper and Equatorian.
Randalls, are just historically classical. AL Mar is a story in himself, can't help but love the SERE 6 and Bowie model B.
and recently I've been picking up Treeman knives from Jim Behring; a classy guy who does everything possible to please his customers. his recon hunter, and phalanx feel great in the hand. Just a few of my favorites. Nothing wrong with buying other knives. Some I've bought, and immediately sold because they just dont' meet the standards I'm used to, but heck, I carry an old used Cold Steel SRK beside my car seat.
