Greetings All:

I usually name knives designed by a client using their name - this big bowie is called the Jwuc Special.......I have a Ewing Special and a Davis Special on my website. The choice of a full tang, the profile and guard design were provided by Mr. Jwuc - the hollow grinds and flared/rounded butt are my spin. The swedge is sharpened from the point to the spine - from that point it tapers back to the guard. A few words on construction - the dropped ricasso is designed to make the guard slot large enough to slide the guard over the handle. The slot is machined .005" undersize and driven on for a seamless fit because the blade shows through the underside of the guard. For its size - it's light and fast. All comments welcome.
