JYD blade centering...

So my new JYD is awesome, but there's a little problem. If i tighten the blade screw up enough for the blade to be perfectly centered, it is too tight for it to flip easily

on the other hand, if i loosen it enough to flip smoothly, the blade contacts the liner... help?

Same here, after i took it apart. I loosened it to flip open super easy and lined it up just before it touches the liner. When I cant get it to line up right, I take my knives apart and then put it back together again hoping something will change.

I feel that if you have the screws loose and then press the blade towards the other direction and then tighten the scale then the pivot screw it sometimes works..

Blade centering is sometimes like trying to tune an old carburetor.
