I've always liked the classic grind of the K-Bar blade, and I've also always liked the traditional style of a old time hunter. Here's my attempt to marry the two, and while I was at it, I decided to dress it up a bit. The blade is 1084 heavily etched steel, 6.50 inches, and the handle is a combination of N.S., brass, blackwood, and black and white ebony. Hope you guys like it, all comments are welcomed.

Wow. That is pretty incredible. Nice work, David.

A whole lot of class in that knife David. A whole lot. Nice work in design and execution. As I would expect.

Thank you, Michael. I've made one change since that picture. I eliminated the etch on the bevels, and brought it up to a high satin shine. The whole design/knife looks more integrated now. The flats are still etched, making a nice contrast.
