In, or around, 1998 my son-in-law attended the Blade Show in Atlanta. While there he purchased a knife from Mr. Ed Halligan. At the time, Mr. Halligan said the knife was a handmade prototype for the K.I.S.S folder which is now sold by CRKT. He said that only "a few" were made and they were for his family. I know my son-in-law doesn't want to sell the knife, but does anyone have any idea what it might be worth?
I hope this is the right forum for such a question, and I appreciate any feedback.

Worth is figured by want or need.

Does anyone want it or need it for their collection ?
Is the maker in demand , thus creating want or need of his/her product. etc etc.

Sometimes an item is worth what someone will pay for it.

I was of no help , :)
