Very nice. What's the story behind your logo?

Is the bone stabilized?

Is your detent system like Terzuola's?

Thx.

They are overlapping cursive initials I and L

Is the bone stabilized?

No, but treated and stored indoors for 3 yrs, v thin section that is glued with flexible epoxy onto 0,5mm Ebony and carbon fibre composite. Calculated chance...

Is your detent system like Terzuola's?

I honestly don’t know, I just started making the folders this way. I was making liner locks before and the detent was not difficult to spot/adapt as a UK street legal mechanism. The nice thing about it is I can control the force through thickness and width of the spring quite closely, even after the spring has been cut. I will upload a picture and would be grateful if you can give me feedback re similarities. Rightly or wrongly I do not follow other makers/designers, I do of course watch a lot of Youtube to learn how to forge weld etc. and I sometimes ask experts of course when I realise I am struggling with a step. Having said that I don’t like to ever feel as if I am ‘making someone else’s knife’, my hobby for now! It is fun discovering stuff/problem solving.

Thx.
