I have hade the fortunate honor of recieving a K3 Karda form Dan while I was stationed in Iraq. It very quickly became a "Don't go nowhere without it" knife. It's been used to open ammo crates, MRE's (Meal Ready to Eat), and was used to remove a boot from a fellow soldiers foot after he broke his ankle. It is likely that this little blade will make a second tour in Iraq with me. One handy little blade that doesn't get the upper level command upset when they see it. And I love the kydex sheath.
Almost forgot, the second K3 Karda that Dan shipped to me in Iraq has survived not only combat, but is carried daily by a freshly minted LEO as part of his backup system. (One of my soldiers in Iraq, only the best for my troops!)
Kudo's Dan, you now have the honor of having a combat zone proven blade.
