Just wanted to add that I picked up some of these this past week and have been using the heck out of em and I think that their great! I need to go back and pick up the K8! I think that one would be the best for most of the kitchen chores I do.
You think I'd get any strange looks if I bring my own steak knife next time I eat out? But then again who cares what they think!
