Ka bar 1211 or BUCK 650

Hey, guys
I am a new here and I have a decision to made.......that is why i really need your thoughts.......

I want a strong knife for camp&daily use and I have two candidates: Kabar 1211 and Buck 650. Their prices are in my affordable range------around $40-50.

Probably this is a hard question to ask: which one is better? 1095 carbon vs 420HC, which is stronger?

Another issue I would like to know is that the blade thickness of 1211 is 4mm but 650's is 6mm------does that really mean hight hawk is much stronger than 1211?
