Those are actually nice sized pompano (which are delicious).
That's the 9" Ka-Bar fillet. I also have the 6" fillet knife. Both are great knives. :thumbup:

I don't have the kabar fillet knife but I have the cutco version that has been the best fillet knife I have ever used,
, ripped at least 200 salmon with it over the last 12 years or so I have owned it.

Yours can't be any different except handle, good for silverskin on roasts etc as well.
