Ka Bar Adventure Potbelly knife - Any good??

Been eyeing this bad boy up for some time now and would like to know if it's worth getting and the general opinion of it!

At £120 ($180) for me to get it locally it's quite pricey so I'd like to hear a few comments before taking the plunge..

this is it, incase anyone hasn't seen it before.



Looks hefty and a decent chopper, but what's the build and fit and finish like? is it USA made or chinese...?

I'm grateful any input and the more pictures the better! (don't shy away with the modded ones either!)

Anything by Ka-Bar is top notch. Even the stuff made in Asia is under the same QC as the American stuff. The potbelly is well loved and I hear it chops well for it's size. Equip 2 endure on youtube did a head-to-head with it and a few others.

... KaBar happens to make it the way Steve wants, sweet!

as to chopping? i've used mine extensively, chopped logs, removed roots, does a great job...
