Ka-Bar BK2 Allen Key/Wrench size for Handle Scales

Can anyone tell me what the correct size is for an Allen Key/ Hex Key to remove the handle scales and tighten the bolts an a BK2.

Are they Imperial or Metric sizes ?

I reckon its about 4mm, but am I right in thinking that its about 5/32 imperial?

Just want to buy the corect size so that I dont strip the hex bolt head.
 
Ok,

After further reading past posts etc. I ordered a 4mm key and a 5/32.

The 4mm allen key ( Hex Key) is the better fit. Cost 17p in the UK at a tool supplier.
