Ka-Bar/Dozier Thorn.....pivot adjustable?

I just received a Ka-Bar Thorn today and there is a tiny bit of side play. I tried using a hex key to tighten the pivot, but it simply keeps turning without tightening. Is the blade tension adjustable or is it only something Ka-Bar can fix?

I have one also that had a little side play, and it takes a hex on the one side, and on the side with the clip it takes a bit with a fork?(shaped like a "U") end on it. I got a set of bits at a gun show that has different sizes of the forked bits, and it worked perfect to hold the sleeve in place so you can tighten or loosen the pivot screw. I have also seen these bits at Harbor Freight.
