last weekend I went to the big mile long yard sale/flea market in Water town TN. ive been collecting knives since I was about 8 years old. im 39 now. the only KA BAR I had until last weekend. I found a double blade KA BAR folder at this yard sale. the blades are both 5.5" long, both blades open from the same direction, the only writing is on the main blade and it says, "KA BAR. USA". the handle is black (stag) with the KA BAR logo on it, it also appears to have possibly nickel bolsters, there is also a lanyard hole. the blades appear to be carbon, due to the staining on the blades. the secondary blade is quite a bit skinnier than the main blade, the main blade is 7/8" wide and of course it tapers off, to about 1/4" at the tip. The secondary blade also curves more so than the main blade. It looks as though it would be great for skinning. the knife was real dirty and the blades were almost black. but after a little TLC, its a nice looking blade. actually I would give it a 7 out of 10 as far as appearance. I would rate it a 9 out of 10 on workmanship. the blades have absolutely no play either way, the handle is in perfect shape as well. "It walks and talks like a
