Ka-Bar Johnson Adventure Blades- JAB

No longer produced but when I was doing knife shows I found these knives interesting. The Baconmaker and Potbelly were stout, outdoors knives for shelter building or warding off predators in the case of the Baconmaker.

and the 5601 Baconmaker

Both came with a utility knife for general all-around use.

I found the blade shapes to be undesirable and the handles to be extremely uncomfortable.

I love the Parangatang! The Potbelly is good camp knife.
