Have any of y'all ever made a custom kydex sheath for your Ka Bar? I was considering making one, but I didn't know how well the kraton handle would hold up to hot kydex. What is your opinion?

Unless you are using a heat gun on HIGH, directly on the Kraton for a period of time, you are good to go.
Kraton is a thermoplastic that is made at high temps. Hot kydex will not hurt it.
