KA-Bar Micarta for the 16?

Is it coming? I'd like to know if it's in the works so when I pop for a 16 I can get micarta for it at the same time.

No news of it yet. Although, there are other manufacturers of micarta for the tweeners.

There is a moderator that has Kabar micarta so it will most likely be coming one of these days. But who knows when. Probably not anytime soon.

Micarta is coming for the BK-15,16 and 17. The first handle protos were from Micarta so the programming is already done and it's just a matter of paperwork and scheduling. (BTW, that's not the Blade Show Special Intro)

Micarta is coming for the BK-15,16 and 17. The first handle protos were from Micarta so the programming is already done and it's just a matter of paperwork and scheduling. (BTW, that's not the Blade Show Special Intro)

Figured it was just a matter of time. I take it they will be the same color as the full size micarta scales?
