When i first took my LDK out of the package my first reaction was that i had made a mistake. The thing is TINY. $15 bucks for a weird little sliver of metal i wasn't even sure how to hold?
But my opinion changed rapidly with a little practice and testing. If may not be very comfortable, but you can do heavy slashing with it and it wont slip. If you want deep concealment SD this probably is a viable option.
I found mine to be useful for a variety of EDC tasks.
It is more suited than most knives for use as a box/package opener, and i found it fantastic for de-stemming strawberries. Basicaly anything were a slim blade and fine tip control are an advantage.
I carry and use mine as an EDC. So I cord wrapped it for looks and comfort.
The sheath on mine became a bit too loose. A screw, washer and nut through one of the mounting holes solved that problem.
The straight edge is easy to sharpen, and the point is wicked.
With this grip the knife is very secure.
The wrap is simpler than it looks. You start at the small hole. It has one working end, and you weave it between the standing part and both sides of the handle.
I didn't tie the neck lanyard, it's a "knotless knot" threaded through two plastic beads. It doesnt come undone in normal wear...but should if anything close to my bodyweight pulls on it...
