Ka-Bar USMC 1217 Cerakote

Hi, I'm trying to find out if anyone managed to get one of these limited edition knives. I thought I'd successfully snagged one from Knifecenter, but they phoned to say it is discontinued and I accepted their offer of (another) regular 1217 for a reduced price.
I was really looking forward to getting it, so I'd appreciate anyone who got one posting up thier thoughts and pics of this handsome coyote tan finished blade.

They sold out instantly. Am trying to find out what color the cerakote was so I can duplicate it.

Just found out. Coyote Brown Cerakote blade only. I will be having this duplicated in a couple of weeks.

Coyote Brown it is! Will be having a very clean 1217 cerakoted Coyote Brown in 2 weeks!

Im having mine done by Josh down at Razor Edge Knives. Hes got a half dozen of my Ka Bars for cerakote and sharpening. He is also in the process of setting up a new larger shop which includes a bunch of new cerakote equipment he needs to set up. Im hoping to start getting them back next month. Will post pics
