Have not posted a new thread in a while. Just curious as to why Ka bar still has the saber ground BK-16 as their primary pic of the knife on their website. I don't know about you guys but i think the image of the "real" knife is imperative information for the buyer...

I absolutely agree with you! For the manufacturer themselves to advertise a grind that won't even be available is sort of disconcerting.

If I was expecting one thing, then received another, I would be a little miffed...

That really should be addressed. It could cause a mass miffing and those can get ugly.
 
I work in the shooting sports industry and it is a sad thing that most of the manufacturers don't keep their websites up to date or accurate. Very frustrating. Those that used to have decent sites have overloaded them with so much flash content that it's annoying at best to navigate.

I agree that they need to update their image. Could create some unhappy persons.

I would have to think most knife buyers would read every ounce of information they give you. so hopefully they read in the details that it says it is full flat grind. otherwise they are not going to get the knife there eyes are were so hastily viewing!
