When I was a kid I had a leather handled knife much like the Little Finn. It's
since gone but I saw a Little Finn in a store and it really reminded me of my
old knife and my youth.
I was wondering if anyone has one of these knives and if so if they like it?
I really would like a small fixed blade knife for trout and camp. Was kinda
liking the Buck Woodsman as well. Thanks.

i have one (little finn), it would be a great "boys knife" it is stainless and made in taiwan, but it it works well for what i bought it for, takes a good edge, has pretty decent edge retention.

You might also want to take a look at the Queen light hunter - it's a great little bird/trout/light camp knife. A little more expensive ($55 bucks) than the Little Finn but has very nice looking carved amber bone scales and much better (D2) steel - also made in the good ol' USA.:D

Those are all great knives fella's, thanks! I've always had a soft spot for those
old stag and leather handled clip point hunters of old. I will take a look at some
of the other offerings. That little Ka-bar has a blade that measures under 4 inches
and that I think is nice for carry. I also see the others are pretty much the same
length as well. Nice to have choices.
