The sheath is the only difference bk22 gets the nylon sheath
And the bk2 gets the plastic sheath.
Personally I would get a nice leather one made with a dangler. Thats what I did unless you're going to be in a very wet environment. View attachment 458888 View attachment 458890

I'll check them out! But until I get that sheath, which one would suffice in the mean time? I've heard the glass filled nylon sheath dulls the blade, where as the plain nylon isn't really durable and the blade slices through it. What do you think?
There are some that feel the glass filled sheath dulls the blade I've never had that problem
And if you did its an easy fix always draw the knife up, or take a hacksaw blade and make a bit more space on the blade side. But like I said I personally don't feel it a big problem.... I'd always take it over the nylon sheath.
If this was in the becker forum you would get faster response from guys who know a lot morethan me.
