Hey everybody. Just a quick question.

My EDC for a few months (since I began being a knifenut) was a mini grip. Just this week I lost it in the shuffle. :(

Not liking the fact that I lost a great knife (and a little pricey for my taste), I purchased a few folders that were "cheaper", that I would be less attached to if/when I lost them. I bought two today:

I was hoping some people could give me some feedback on these. I own some kabar fighting knives, and I think the quality is decent for the price. Does anyone use these? I ran a search, found some good feedback on the dozier but not the warthog folder.

I was also wondering, for those of you familiar with these two, is it easy to remove the belt clip.

Thank you!

I carry the Large Dozier on weekends for EDC. I like it a lot.

There have been a lot of positive reports on both the warhog and the regular Dozier. Good bang for the buck.

I cannot comment of either of the 2 knives that you listed but I used to own a Kabar/Dozier Thorn and it was top notch in every aspect. The fit and finish were excellent and the blade was shaving sharp right out of the box. I think Kabar makes some nice stuff whether you are spending $20.00 or $100.00

I have the Mini Grip and two Ka-Bar Dozers. The 4064 and 4066 clip point and spear point.I got the Mini Grip first, but carry the Dozer all the time.If I had to do all over I would not have got the Mini Grip.I just dont like it.I know I might get some people thinking Im crazy, but thats how I feel about it.I just lost one Dozer and Im sick about it.

At one time I owned every variation of the Ka-Bar Doziers except for the gut hook ones, I have since sold the thumb hole version because I prefer teh thumb stud ones.

These are some of the best knives for the price out there!

Gotta get the new larger one!
