G`day from DownUnder.
A big Thankyou to KABAR and Kirsti,in Kabar`s Customer service section.
I contacted Kabar via email a few weeks ago,after purchasing a new Jarosz 7505 Folder on Ebay,that did not come with the hub adjustment tool in the packaging.
"We`ll send you one out.",was the return email from Kirsti.
Today in the mail,a package from Kabar arrives with not one but two tools,and five Kabar 120th Anniversary stickers as well.

As for your feelings about KA-BAR, I totally agree with you. My having recently made two orders from the KA-BAR company directly, I found their quality in proper packaging, their fast shipping, and their quality in merchandise, was all nothing but top notch. Also, I too sought out their customer service department for assistance on another matter, and Kristi was SUPER helpful. KA-BAR is simply tops in all aspects :)
