For what its worth, it's made in Tiwain (or how ever you spell that country).

If you are referring to the Warthog, the sheath is made in Taiwan, but not the knife which is made in the USA.

There is a review of these knives in the current issue of Tactical Knives Magazine. Don't have it with me, but the review seemed pretty positive. On the other hand, you seldom find a critical review of anything in a magazine. The price sure seemed right though. Not much risk there.

I've got the shorter heavy bowie. I love the edge & the blade shape.

The whole assembly (knife and sheath) is made in Tiawan though - whether that bothers you or not...

Got really Big Hands? If so, you might really like this knife. If not, it won't float your boat unless you rehandle it. Which I'm considering doing to mine. The stock handle is just far too thick for my medium sized hands though.

I recall an editorial by steven dick, if the knife doesn't get rave reviews, it doesn't make it into the magazine. Maybe thats why?

Definitley right about the price though, I might check these out at the gun show TOMMOROW :D
