I believe that three hole pattern should be a standard Emerson/Benchmade three-hole spacing, so there are a ton of clips available if that's the case. You could always grab something cheap from Ebay or Amazon and see if it fits. Wish I could be more helpful, but I don't have one of the Kabar Jarosz knives, though I DO have an actual Jarosz, a K2A and the clip pattern on that IS the "standard" size/spacing.
