Kabar make Ek knives, when?

Now that Kabar has bought Ek Commando knives, any information as to when they will produce them or if they plan any changes? I would like to see some of the older styles brought back in a limited run also. I have been drooling over the model 5 in black Micarta for as long as I can remember, with the older flat grind. I wanted one to go with my Model 4 from blackjack.

Just saw some of the comments about maybe Ek news by Shot 2015, any other info? Thanks. Now if they use 440c or even offer a special run of ats 34, that would catch my eye too.

Information on the KA-BAR Ek line will be released as it becomes available. We are hoping to have the first KA-BAR Ek's available in mid-2015.

Very interesting. This crosses my only two collecting interests (just starting) 1) USMC KA-BAR Knives and 2) Fairbairn/Sykes OSS Knives. I already have one KA-BAR limited edition. I'd be interested in another one related to Fairbairn/Sykes OSS Knives.
