Kabar vs Camillus

I'm new to Becker knives and know that they are no longer made by Camillus. Are the Kabar knives as good? I have an opportunity to buy a Camillus BK2 with a partially serrated edge and a BK7. Any info would be appreciated.

treat them as if they were the same product...

except the KaBars of course have a warranty :>

but if the Camillus has a better price? buy it.

Thank you, Bladite. I have been trying to obtain a Brute for years so when I was offered the BK-2......
 
Hey DavidO......

The partial serrations mark it as a BK-2SG.....The SG denotes it as a Military purchase and is sold only to the US Military......Either knife should serve you well.....Let us know how it works when you have a chance to give it a workout...
