Hey Folks-


This is a bowie I made up to be one of my Js test knives. I was very fortunate to get "Best Bowie/Fighter" with it at the BAKCA show last August.

Since Eric (Point 7) was all set-up at the Reno show for pictures, I took it in for his magic. The print is really amazing in hand, the knife just jumps off the paper. He made it look pretty decent.

It's beautiful! As usual. :D

You never need to apologize for paying a show photographer for an image. They are convenient and have big expenses to pay. Eric's work is ALWAYS top-quality, and this is no exception. Wonderful. :)

You need to edit or relink your fototime suffix to 'orig.jpg' and not 'standard.jpg'. Their default link is 'standard.jpg' and they shrink it on you. I always post at 'orig.jpg'.

Damn Fine Looking Bowie Nick.What's the blade length on it? Looks to be in the 9-10 inch range.:cool:

Oops, specs! It's 10.5" of forged 1084, fluted 416 guard and fluted 416 "ferrule" spacer, with primo, sculpted Ironwood.

I think that the really hard part will be getting five of Nick's carbon knives in one place at the same time. :cool:
 
That's doing it for me dude! It's a very simple understated piece, but I can still see a little artistic arrogance...which I like. I'm going to grime it up before you submit it ;).
 
Nick, that bowie would pass any critique. I give it a big thumbs up. :thumbup:
