KAI Opening Date?

Hello everyone,

Can someone kindly let me know if the KAI offices are currently closed, and if so when they will re-open for the year? The reason I'm asking is that they are not answering my e-mails, so just trying to find out if they are out of office.

I haven't called yet, as I am out of country. (South Africa).

They are probably just busy, so I'll give it a few days. I have dealt with them before and they have excellent customer service.

Indeed, the holidays were on a weekend this year. The customer service is top shelf, I'm certain you will get taken care of:)
 
Received a reply today, so all is well. They are just busy turning out the best knives in the business!
