Kali's Ivory Ban

I have heard that the ban on ivory use/sales etc (AB 96) that goes into effect here in California on7/1/16 is being challenged in court. Anyone know the details? Thanks.

The last I've heard there should be hearing on June 3. No idea if there was one.

Nothing new posted on Ivory Education Institute website either. They are the ones challenging AB96.

Hearing held and date set for a hearing on a motion for Summary Judgement on Nov. 8th (election day)
