Kamasori, razor done my way

Here is a razor I finished this week. The spine and handle are wrought iron the cutting part of the blade is 1084. The high carbon steel is forge welded to the iron. I textured the the handle. The blade is a western symmetrical grind it is about a half hollow. The blade is about 6/8 by 2 1/4.

I wanted to publicly thank Dan Graves for his guidance and sharing his knowledge about forge welding. Dan and I made some wrought iron, high carbon steel razor blanks at his hammer-in.

Looks good Charlie. I'm glad to see the forge weld held up. Are you happy with the way the wrought finished?

Lookin good Charlie. Love the way you think outside the box. I like the jimping and the texturing. By the way my address is in my sigline.;):D
