Not the same. Leaf is pointing the other way.
Found references to Murali's mark being a leaf.

Look's like it's indeed by Murali. Found a photo:

Yep - since around 2000. I believe he is like Sgt Khadka in that he does not work directly for HI but makes kukris for them. I recently acquired one of his older pieces - a 18" WWII from back when he used a trisul for a mark. Very elegant, slim and perfectly balanced kukri, with a nicely hardened edge to boot.

His old mark (trisul, 18" WW2):

His new one (leaf?, 15" BAS):

Now that Steve had ID'd the Mark, can we see full shots of those 3 blades?

I believe Steve is right. I'm pretty sure the leaf is Murali's most recent Kami mark.
I was going to research this, to be sure, before i commented and got sidetracked....Sorry Bill!

Looks like a BC or Ganga Ram to me Bill.

I'm intrigued. My Murali ASTK has a different marking.

Pardon the greasy pic.

In the sticky, Murali had his initials as well on the really old mark :

Thanks guys,

I was sure it was Murali but when I looked it up I didn't see the leaf mark anywhere. I wasn't sure if someone corrected a mistake or the mark was omitted for some reason.
