Does anyone know how to sharpen these knives? I don't have waterstones. They are not very sharp out of the box, will a sharpmaker do, I love to use the sharpmaker. I can't use the Lansky as I have one 10 inch and one 8 inch knives. Maybe the two 5 inchers will be OK with the Lansky. I just got my knives yesterday. I have the whole set of 8 inch DMT diasharp hones. Or should I simply strop them.
