I'm interested in trying one of the Kanetsune knives and I like the Model 1; a smallish blade with a large bamboo handle.
It will be stricly a mail-order proposition since there are no knife shops in my area. I did some Googling and searched here a bit, but didn't find any information on this knife.
Does anyone have any experience/information/insights?
