Happy Thanksgiving all!
Anyway, I'm just wondering if anyone has info or experience with Kanetsune knives. Are their blades typically damascus steel or damascus clad? I also understand that the White (Shiroami) and Blue (Aogami) steels get there best properties when they are forged to force a tighter grain structure. So...are all/most of Kanetsune knives forged? The look like they are.
Maybe this should be posted in the Custom Knife section? I'm not sure since these are semi-production...If so, moderator kindly move me to the right forum
