So those of us in the state of Kansas know that the prohibition on the carry and ownership of pretty much every knife was eliminated, and then sneaky lawmakers went and snuck the intent language back in, making it a crime if a dagger or such is carried with intent to be used against another person.
What I'm wondering if there's any chatter for what knife-related legislation might be getting proposed for the state this year? Anything coming down the pipe we should be aware of?
