The Kansas House of Representatives and Senate passed the Conference Committee Report on HB2033 this reconciles the two versions of the Knife Rights Bills into one and sends it straight to Governor Brownback.
After two years of hard work and the assistance of many friends, including former Kansas State Representative Gary Hayzlett and current state Representative Richard Carlson, we have succeeded in passing comprehensive reforms of Kansas' knife laws.
But, our work is NOT over yet! If you live, work or travel in Kansas, it is critical that you call and email Governor Sam Brownback and request that he sign HB2033 as soon as possible!

When you call and email, keep it POLITE, short and to the point, as noted above.
