Karambit: Emerson vs. Tarani

Does anyone know of any comparisons between the Emerson production Karambit and the Tarani Karambit? On paper, the Emerson seems to match up well with the Tarani Journeyman; similar price (Emerson, list of $239, but priced at around $170 on discount sites, Tarani Journeyman, list of $179, discounted anywhere?), blade steel (154 CM on both) and size (around 6.5 to 6.8 inches). Other than those obvious stats, that anyone can find by visiting each makers' sites, are there any reasons to choose one over the other? Is there a reason to spend a little more to get the Tarani Master's Model? Is the "wave" feature on the Emerson a plus or a minus?
