I can't tell you who made it, but I know I've seen these for sale on ebay pretty frequently. I imagine someone will know who the maker is.

Not sure, but similar are frequently imported and sold through Ebay by a Canadian company.

Search ebay for "Custom Handmade Tactical Combat Neck Knife" and it will bring several similar knives in the $120 range. They don't list a maker from what I've seen. It surely does resemble something from Mark Terrel.

I found it on a chinese website that sells fake Benchmade, Microtechs, Spydercos etc. Haven't heard of Terrel before, he makes some nice knives.
