I just ordered a Karambit folder. I am now looking for a training blade. I cannot see paying $100 plus for the Emerson version. Can anyone recomend a training blade that is as close as possible to the actual knife but is reasonable priced and well as where I can purchase it? All assistance is greatly appreciated.

If you get some cheep steel or Aluminium you could easily make one. I also see quite a few pretty cheep ones on fle-bay.
I had an EKI trainer but never seemed to use it much. I find for solo drills a sharp blade is better any way so i just use my regular EKI kerambit, a fixed blade is much better for 1on1 training so i use a home made fixed blade trainer for that sort of stuff. :thumbup:

Try www.kaligear.com, they have an inexpensive trainer. Its not exactly like the EKI one, but its a good start.
