Most fixed blade kerambits are single edged, but I'm sure you can find somebody to sharpen the back.
There are several really nice ones out there. The Emerson's a classic, there's a couple of Derespina designs made by Fox and also some really nice Bastinelli kerambits (the production versions are made by Fox). Cold Steel's Steel Tiger is too large for me to EDC comfortably (the handle and blade are too chunky).
My current favourite fixed blade kerambit is the Bastinelli Creations Kalinou. It comes with a great sheath, the size is just right and it conceals very well. It should be easy to sharpen the back of the blade, since it already has a swedge.
