***OFFER CLOSED***

Anyone interested in volunteering one or two of their larger kardas (YCS size, etc.) for a regrind?

It's something I've been wanting to do for some time. Just cover the shipping both ways. I will regrind them full flat or full convex and sharpen them to a very fine edge. I will also be taking some before/after pics.

I need the blades to be 4" minimum, 7" maximum.

Lastly, a honest review would be nice.

Any takers?

If so, post here first and then we'll move it over to my forum.

Thanks!

Dan

4" blade.

kamagong and gyr - you both are in!

Shoot me an email/PM.

Thanks for the response, guys!

p.s. I'll gladly still answer questions, of course. :D

HD - I didn't read your post right...I missed the "Sure" part. If you've got one you want to send in...shoot me an email/PM. Thanks!

Actuall I do. I have 2 from the YCS I used to have. I think I want to have the smaller one done if it's OK w/you.

sure thing - still have my address?

Figure on $5 s/h.

Thanks!

Dan

No I don't. Unfortunately I never keep anyone's addresses. I think I've emailed Fiddleback like six million times for his because we keep sending stuff back and forth and I never save them:rolleyes:

Shoot me an email/PM, HD and we'll get it going.

Yes...too late, sorry, Bro!

I'm going to experiment with a few of these and see if I can grind them in a way that's profitable, yet at a reasonable price. I like kukris so much...and have worked on so many...I'd like to see more usable kardas floatin' around. (part of why I started my own line of kardas).

Got room for one more? I have one with walnut handle slabs that would love the attention if you're able.
