Katars in action

Just saw the Tony Jaa action flick Ong Bak 2. At the end fight scene, there's a brief encounter with a dual Katar wielding bad guy who of course is no match for the star. But nevertheless, you can see how a Katar can be pretty vicious in a fight!

very kool video, i liked the kilij in the 1st fight. didn't notice any khukuris tho....
 
What I still don't understand is why there are Kama wielding ninjas in ancient Thailand.

Heck, there was even a Maori grappler in the movie! I guess the idea of a band of brigands and rogues was used to make a diverse array of fighters possible.
