Does anyone know anything about this knife, perhaps own one? Looks pretty cool, although I've never really heard of Katz knives let alone XT80 steel.

Of course, being a secret ninja myself, I just thought I'd ask before I order.

From knifecenter....

"Kagemusha "Secret Ninja" Liner locking folder. This offering from Katz has a great and hefty
blade design with smooth and fast action. The liner is thick and lockup more secure than most
knives we see. Made in Japan for Katz of Arizona

XT 80 Stainless Steel
- Liner lock
- One hand opener
- Removable pocket clip

XT80 Stainless Steel is a proprietary type of steel used by Katz. XT80 tests at 58-59 on the
Rockwell "C" scale. With the resilience of this excellent Stainless Steel, it hold and retains an
edge to the high standard for which Katz is known for.

Thanks all,

I don't know a thing about Katz Knives. I doubt too many Ninjas are carrying folding knives since they would be masters of concealment for a much more effective fixed blade.

I did notice these knives because they were either designed by Kansei Mitsuno (japanese custom knifemaker) or the design was blatantly ripped-off from his work.

I note that no mention of Kansei is made in any of their promotional web material (including their home web site).

By the way, you can see Kansei's work on bladeart, truenorthknives and arizonacustomknives.

Just checked out Kansei on Bladeart...Interesting indeed. Seems way too blatant of a ripoff, I mean a lawsuit would be way too easy.

As for fixed blades...I'm a new secret ninja and we have to use a folder during our probationary period :D

Hmmmm....very very interesting...and...expensive....I'm with architect...

On second thought, it probably is garbage.
Architect, why did you have to get me to see the real Kansei, now I have to start saving

Oh, and I apparently I wasn't supposed to talk about being a "secret" ninja...they kicked me out!
