Katz Vets Knife

Am thinking of buying one of these with my ill-gotton gains (bets on the neddies). Anyone had any experience with this particular knife or Katz in general.
 
The Katz knives I have seen up close have been of very high quality. Good steels, great fit and finish, etc...
 
Great knives -- I've got a couple of them. Took the Avenger boot knife to 29 Palms about 4 years ago for a few weeks once and did nothing but throw it at plywood (it is not a throwing knife by any means). It's still doesn't look any worse for the wear.

Edited to add: What is the "vets" model? I don't think I've seen that one.
 
Re 'vets' ie veterinarian. Its all stainless steel with skeleton handle - similar to their bird and trout knife 2-1/4" blade.
