Ok I have everything hooked up and the thing shuts off at about 70 on the main speedpot.

I'm running a 2HP Leeson motor. Input is 220v on a 20 amp breaker. I have changed the jumpers on the KBAC to 220v, 2HP, and the 2x speed. I have the max dial turned all the way down (counter clockwise).

Any ideas?

Just out of curiosity: there should be a flash pattern on the "status LED" when the drive powers off. Page 28-29 of the user manual gives the different patterns and what they mean. Can you tell us what the flash pattern is?

Does the drive shut itself off if the jumper is on 1x speed?

At 1x it shuts off but not until I hit 100.

At 2x, at 20 or 30 I get a solid red light. When I hit 70 it kicks off and I get a fast red blink.

Where is your CL trimpot set?

Edit: Nevermind... I just remembered you included a picture. haha

Try turning the notch on your max speed trimpot to 3 o'clock

Nevermind. I just went back and double checked all my wiring. Apparently I don't know the difference between a T1 and a T4. All better now.

Glad you figured it out. Still, Max should not need to be turned all the way down. I'd return it to the factory default setting.

I will. I just turned it down to troubleshoot. Very glad it is up and running. I am electronically illiterate and I was dreading it. Just waiting for my belts to come.
