I've ordered one before and it works great but it's too long... anyone know the perfect switch cover to order (part number is helpful)? mine end up tearing with use after a few years.

Do you mean the rubber condom like thingy what screws over the bat ?
Mouser or Allied Electronics (among others) will have those in all sizes.
Also detailed specs & dimensions so you can order the right one.
Fwiw, If you prefer, you can use environmental sealed toggle switches.
The switchbody where the bat protrudes is sealed.
No condoms required...

thanks! I think I found one... Not 100% on the length, will have to double check measurements but part # 70205K4 on McMaster seems to be what I'm looking for.
